Magical Meals In Minutes – Instant Pot Shrimp Boil
Featured recipe from the show
Recipe Event – Instant Pot Shrimp Boil
Today we’re making a low country shrimp boil in the Instant Pot!
I love this recipe because true to Magical Meals In Minutes, it only takes 8 minutes to make with Instant Pot! Instead of the old-fashioned way of stewing in a stockpot overnight!
That’s right! I’m giving you back at least 8 hours of your life with this recipe!

Here’s what you need to make a shrimp boil:

Magical Meals In Minutes – Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks
Featured recipe from the show
Recipe Event – Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks
Today we’re using the Instant Pot and the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid to make quick & easy air fryer crispy drumsticks!
You can use this recipe with any chicken or just drumsticks like I have here. All you need is 8-10 pieces of chicken, plus my special Soul Food Pot chicken seasoning, all included on my blog for this recipe!
Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes – plus my favorite – oxtail Caribbean all-purpose seasoning. Yum!
Now, for my Southern soul food recipe, we use the Instant Pot to soak the chicken in buttermilk – a key ingredient to making a soft, tender chicken!
The Instant Pot allows us to pressure cook seasoned chicken in the buttermilk in a matter of 20 minutes. A much quicker cooking method instead of soaking the chicken overnight or for 24 hours!
This is why I say we’re making Magical Meals In Minutes!
When the pressure cooking time is complete, pour out the buttermilk and add the Instant Pot air fryer lid – or transfer the chicken to an air fryer.
Air fry for 20 minutes for a crispy, fried-like skin – but much healthier!
