Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken breasts shredded, cooked, and seasoned
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup red grapes halved or quartered, depending on the size
  • ½ cup red apple diced
  • ½ cup celery diced
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Once the chicken is made, shred or chop the cooked chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
  • Cut the grapes in half or quarters if you’re working with larger grapes.
  • Dice the apple, celery, and onions.
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (chicken, mayonnaise, grapes, apple, celery, onions, chopped pecans, salt, and pepper) by mixing well with a small rubber spatula.
