Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, grease the loaf pan, and set it aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves, then set the mixture aside.
Season the ground beef with all-purpose seasoning and set it aside.
In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk.
Then, add the seasoned ground beef, diced bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic, onion powder, thyme, basil, parsley, paprika, and black pepper to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together gently until well combined. You can mix by kneading with your hands, stirring with a spoon, or using a stand mixer on low speed.
Transfer the meat mixture to the greased loaf pan, and evenly spread the prepared ketchup glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until it is no longer pink in the center. Once done, slice, serve, and enjoy!
