Coconut Water Mixed Berry Fruit Popsicles

One of the healthiest recipes known on Earth is fruit popsicles. You can prepare homemade fruit popsicles with as little as five essential ingredients you already have in your refrigerator, like blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup blackberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup raspberries chopped
  • 12 oz. coconut water unsweetened

Instructions

  • Grab your popsicle molds!
  • Split the chopped blueberries, blackberries and raspberries between the popsicle molds equitably.
  • Pour the coconut water into popsicle molds over the fruit.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Note: In addition to using mixed berries, you can add any fruit of your choice for this all-natural vegan recipe. For example, you can replace raspberries with pomegranate arils or chopped strawberries.

  • While fresh fruit is preferred, you can add frozen berries instead of fresh ones.
  • You can also use coconut milk as a thicker alternative to coconut water.
