Split the chopped blueberries, blackberries and raspberries between the popsicle molds equitably.
Pour the coconut water into popsicle molds over the fruit.
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Note: In addition to using mixed berries, you can add any fruit of your choice for this all-natural vegan recipe. For example, you can replace raspberries with pomegranate arils or chopped strawberries.
