1oz.white frosting included with the cinnamon rolls - divided into two portions: ¼ and ¾ batches
5dropsfood coloringgreen, red, and yellow
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
Unroll the Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls onto the prepared baking pan. For each roll, tuck the last 2 inches inward to create the shape of a pumpkin stem.
Bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package instructions (for approx 25 minutes).
While the rolls are baking, separate the frosting into two small bowls. In one bowl, place approximately ¾ of the frosting, and in the other bowl, reserve about ¼ of the frosting.
Add 2 drops of green food coloring to the smaller bowl of frosting and mix until it turns completely green.
With the remaining frosting, add 1 drop of red food coloring and 2 drops of yellow food coloring. Stir and blend the colors until the frosting becomes orange.
Set both the green and orange frostings aside.
Once the cinnamon rolls are finished baking, remove them from the oven.
Using a small rubber spatula, spread the orange frosting over the round part of the cinnamon rolls to resemble pumpkins.
With another small spatula, apply the green frosting to the stems of the cinnamon rolls.
Serve the pumpkin-shaped cinnamon rolls warm and enjoy!
