  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup sugar granulated
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter unsalted and melted
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Grease a 9" deep-dish pie pan and set it aside.
  • Add the almond flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and egg to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Using a small rubber spatula, gently fold the ingredients into the flour.
  • Use an electric mixer on a low setting to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
  • Press the dough into a greased pie dish, making sure to press the dough along the edges.
  • Use your fingers to flute the pie crust edges or a fork to crimp the edges.
  • Using a fork, gently poke holes throughout the crust.
  • Fill and bake (or pre-bake and then fill) this almond flour pie crust according to your pie recipe instructions.
