Southern cheddar ranch burgers - Instant Pot burgers are effortless, like so many Instant Pot ground beef recipes.Put 'em in the pot, walk away, and return to serve up major deliciousness! Perfect today for a dining-out-like experience served comfortably at home.
Mix the ground beef, seasoning salt, pepper, ranch dressing, steak sauce, horseradish and cheese in a medium-size mixing bowl and mix well until combined. If using pre-made burger patties, brush the ranch sauce mixture on both sides of each hamburger patty. Pro tip: It may be easier to add the ranch sauce to the burger patties in step 3 on the foil.
Form 4 hamburger patties with the ground beef mixture.
Wrap each burger in foil.
Pour water into the Instant Pot stainless steel inner pot.
Place the Instant Pot trivet inner rack inside the inner pot.
Place the foil wrapped burgers on the rack.
Close the Instant Pot lid (make sure the valve is in the sealing position – up) and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
When the cooking time is finished, allow a natural release of pressure for at least 5 minutes.
To open the Instant Pot lid, move the valve to ‘venting’ and manually release any remaining pressure, if applicable.
Remove the burgers from the inner pot and unwrap the foil.
Place burgers on buns, serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy!

Frozen patty Instant Pot burger instructions
