Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened, or whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar white granulated
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon zest divided: 1 tablespoon and ½ tablespoon
  • 8 oz whipped cream thawed

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of lemon zest in a large bowl, then mix, stirring by hand or with an electric mixer, until smooth and combined.
  • On low speed, stir in the whipped cream until combined.
  • I suggest serving this dip chilled. Refrigerate for one hour, and garnish with the remaining ½ tablespoons of lemon zest. Serve with fruit or other snacks, and enjoy!
