Southern Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes Black Folks Soul Food Turkey Yock Recipe

Southern Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes | Soul Food Turkey Yock Recipe (Yock-A-Mein)

Turkey yock is a big bowl of comfort! Soul food and Chinese food combine for tender meat and noodles in a warm, flavorful broth. This dish is also known as Old Sober, yak, yok, yock-a-mein (yaka mein), or simply Chinese yock. It's one of my best Southern Thanksgiving leftover recipes.
